How do I add teammates to my account?

Each clinician needs their own license. To link licenses into one practice, at least one person in the practice needs a Growing or Established license. Non-clinician staff join as admin accounts at $49/mo each. There are no free admin accounts, and adding one also needs at least one Growing or Established license in the practice.

What do I need to run HANS?

HANS runs on macOS 14+ with Apple Silicon or Intel, or 64-bit Windows with Intel or AMD. Work-managed computers may need IT approval. You can purchase on your phone or another device and install on a supported computer.

Is patient data HIPAA compliant?
