How much does HANS cost?
HANS is $297 per practitioner per month, billed annually ($3,564/year). Prefer to pay monthly? Solo is $349 per month. Every plan is one practitioner license: a practice buys one license per doctor.
Usage scales with your practice. Solo includes the standard usage allowance. Growing includes 2x that allowance, and Established includes 3x, each at a lower rate per unit of usage as your practice grows.
We price this way because we believe functional medicine practitioners shouldn't be nickel-and-dimed by their software. No per-note fees. No per-patient charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge per note, per patient, or for onboarding. Admin seats for non-clinician teammates are $49/month each, with no free seats. A practice needs at least one Growing or Established license to add them.
Compare that to the typical FM software stack: an EMR ($150+/month), practice management system ($50+/month), scribe subscription ($100+/month), lab portal access (variable), plus whatever you use for supplement tracking. It's easy to spend $400-600/month on tools that don't integrate.
